Group A is the company behind the Belisol and KwadrO brands, which sell windows and doors in Belgium and the Netherlands. Buzzworks built an AI visualisation tool that lets sales people turn a photo of a customer's home into a realistic impression of that home with products from Group A's own range. Users sign in through Azure AD, create a configuration and upload one or more photos. They then mark the doors and windows to be replaced, pick a door model and colour from the range, and place a handle or pull bar on the selected door. Windows follow the same flow with an added choice of window layout and glazing bars, configured either as a group or window by window. A free prompt field closes the configuration, so the user can visualise other parts of a full renovation such as a new facade, a different roof tile colour, or a tree added or removed. The configuration is sent to a custom AI pipeline built for this product range. The result returns in the tool, is passed on to the ERP system, and can be downloaded by the sales person.

Three technical problems were solved specifically for this case: window and door detection that keeps the AI strictly inside those zones so the rest of the house stays untouched, a custom algorithm that correctly handles windows and doors partly blocked by objects in the photo, and preservation of the reflections in the original glazing, which is what makes the output read as a photo rather than a render. The team was five part-time people from February to September 2026: a tech lead and AI specialist, a fullstack developer, a frontend developer, a UX/UI designer and an infrastructure manager. The architecture started as one shared infrastructure for both brands and was later separated, because each brand required its own environment, data and domain, and Belisol was itself split into a Dutch and a Belgian environment sharing one domain with separate data. GPU infrastructure moved from a serverless setup to dedicated GPUs because of the global hardware shortage. The tool went live for Belisol NL in early July 2026 and for Belisol BE and KwadrO in late August 2026.

Buzzworks offers this personalisation pipeline for other product categories that a customer can only judge once the product is in their own home or interior, such as flooring, tiles, wall coverings, paint, wallpaper, facade materials, outdoor structures and furniture. The service behind this case is Visual AI, described at buzzworks.be/visual-ai. Buzzworks is based in Belgium and works internationally.
