The Challenge
VAB is Belgium's leading mobility service provider. They had designs, but getting them applied consistently across the entire platform? That was the real challenge.
VAB consists of multiple business units, each with their own needs and concerns. Bringing all those voices together into one coherent and supported design takes more than just design talent. It requires a partner who listens, understands, dares to challenge existing choices, and safeguards new decisions.

Our Solution
We started with workshops to understand the real needs. Not just technically, but above all: how should this experience feel for the user?
We translated that into concrete wireframes, well-considered designs for the key pages, and a complete design system. Not loose files that end up in a drawer, but a living document that grows with VAB. We kept the different business units closely involved throughout the entire process, and worked side by side with the development team until every pixel was right.
The Result
VAB now has a mature design system that accelerates the entire company. Developers work more efficiently, content gets created faster, and new team members are onboarded quickly. All business units speak the same visual language, one brand identity across the entire platform.
Today, we're still VAB's dedicated design partner. Not a one-off project, but a true collaboration.
